The Yokitup MCP server allows you to connect Claude to your Yokitup data, so you can ask questions, retrieve figures, and perform analyses directly from a conversation.
Important: only administrators can use this connection.
Requirements
You will need:
a Claude account that supports custom connectors;
an active Yokitup account;
the administrator role in Yokitup;
Add Yokitup to Claude
You can connect Yokitup to Claude in two ways.
Method 1 - From the Claude Connectors Directory
This is the easiest method.
Open Claude.
Open the Connectors menu:
from a conversation, click +, then Connectors and Manage connectors;
or go to Customize > Connectors in Claude settings.
Open the connectors directory.
Search for Yokitup.
Select Yokitup, then click Connect or Install.
Follow the authentication steps displayed by Claude.
Once authentication is complete, the Yokitup connector is ready to use.
Method 2 - Add Yokitup manually
Open Claude.
Go to Settings.
Open the Connectors section.
Click the option to add a connector.
Select Add custom connector.
Enter a name for the connector, such as Yokitup.
Enter the Yokitup MCP server URL:
Click Add, then follow the authentication steps displayed by Claude.
Once authentication is complete, the Yokitup connector is ready to use.

Use Yokitup in a conversation
Once the connection is complete:
Open a new conversation in Claude.
Click the + button next to the message field.
Open the Connectors menu.
Enable the Yokitup connector for the conversation.
You can then ask questions in natural language.
For example:
“What were our best-selling products last month?”
“How much did we purchase from this supplier this quarter?”
“Which location recorded the highest losses?”
“Which supplier prices increased the most?”
“Why is there a stock variance for this product?”
“Compare theoretical and actual food cost across my locations.”
Connection issues
In case of an error:
check that you are an administrator in Yokitup;
make sure the server URL is correct;
disconnect and reconnect the connector from Claude’s settings;
make sure you are using the correct Yokitup account during authentication;
Security and data access
Claude can access, analyze, and modify certain data in Yokitup through the connector.
The available actions depend on the features provided by the connector and the permissions associated with your Yokitup account.
Access to the connector is restricted to administrators.
